She Succeeds: Accredited Leadership Development for Female Entrepreneurs

Calling all female business owners seeking to develop their leadership skills to support ambitious growth.

Kildare Wicklow Education and Training Board (KWETB) in partnership with LEO Kildare are delighted to launch a bespoke leadership and management programme for female leaders and emerging female entrepreneurs.

This course is provided at no cost, funded under the Government led Skills to Advance Initiative and available to all LEO or potential LEO clients.

Module 1: How Great Leaders Lead

Understand leadership principles and qualities including reviewing own leadership style to encourage and inspire others

3rd July, 9:30-16:00, MERITS

Module 2: Marketing That Drives Results

Develop your understanding of marketing concepts to drive business leads

11th July, 9:30-16:00 MERITS

Lunch will be provided on both facilitation days.

Funding: All costs are fully funded by the Skills to Advance initiative.

There is a requirement to submit 2 assignments for this accreditation. Submission of the required assignments enables us to meet the funding requirements in place with KWETB, and together, provide this course fully funded.

If assignments are not submitted an attendance fee of €500 will be billed.

Certification: Successful learners will achieve the internationally recognised Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) certificate
